Refund and Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we can help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7–14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Digital products (e-books, downloads) are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
We will share the return address upon request.
